Ene Edem is Founding Partner and CEO of Hovdale. As CEO, Ene is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of Hovdale’s business activities. Hovdale’s vision is to help it’s clients build a better financial future while creating excellent exit opportunities for business, real asset and infrastructure owners.
Prior to Co-founding Hovdale, Mr. Edem served as Finance Director at Demaco Integrated Ventures Limited; Chairman at Hovton Holdings Corp.; Lead Investor in Demven Farms Ltd.; and Angel Investor in various start-up ventures.
Mr. Edem earned an MBA from the University of Dundee, Scotland, a BSc degree in Banking & Finance with Honors from Igbinedion University Okada and a postgraduate certificate in International Business from Seneca College, Toronto, Canada.
He attended the Executive Management Programs in Alternative Investments and Private Equity from the Harvard Business School and Said Business School, University of Oxford respectively.
Chinedu Wobo is Founding Partner and President of Hovdale. As President, Chinedu works closely with Hovdale’s investment committee and management team to define strategy and goals. As an active member of the investment committee, Mr. Wobo has led Hovdale with unparalleled expertise, establishing the firm as a prominent player in the competitive landscape of alternative asset management. Given his diverse expertise which spans from ROV/Underwater Robotics, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Investor Relations in the oil and gas sector, Mr. Wobo is in charge of raising capital, managing Hovdale’s investor portfolio, managing relationships with existing and potential investors, and representing Hovdale to all investors.
Prior to Co-founding Hovdale Inc., Mr. Wobo served as COO of Golf Energy Limited; as well as ROV/Underwater Specialist for a host of marine and subsea giants such as James Fisher Subtech, England; DCN Diving, UAE; N-Sea Group, Netherland; and Marine Platforms, Nigeria.
Mr. Wobo earned an Msc degree in International Business Management from the University of East London and BEng degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Igbinedion University Okada.
